- Contact us to upgrade your mailbox size. This is a pro rata upgrade.
- Log into Webmail using your email address and password. Your individual webmail is located at http://webmail.yourdomain.com.au where 'yourdomain.com.au' reflects your domain name. Choose a email client, we like Roundcube. Delete unrequired emails from the server and empty Deleted Items
- Create ‘local’ folders in your email client and drag any old emails to save them to your local harddrive. Note: these ‘local folders’ will not sync with other devices.
- Empty your deleted items folder (ensure your setting allow deletion of emails from the server)
- Configure your email client to delete messages from the server/your account after a certain time frame.
