Cancellation Policy - Website Hosting/SSL/etc

Should you no longer require your Hosting, SSL or other subscription service, cancellations must be actioned STRICTLY 3 DAYS PRIOR to the invoice due date shown on your invoice/reminder email.

Please contact us in writing via one of the below options:
  1. Via My Services the Control panel at https://futureithosting.com.au/clientarea.php
  2. Provided in writing on a company letterhead or emailed from your registered Email Address to accounts@futureithosting.com.au.
All services will be suspended 7 days after the due date. All amounts owing will be payable.
